The painting works of early 2024 explore feminine identity as a layered and cyclical field, closely intertwined with the rhythms and forces of the natural world. Tenderness and ferocity, care and refusal, light and darkness coexist, reflecting both inner archetypes and the cycles of growth, decay, and renewal in nature.
The wild and shadowed dimensions of the feminine — instinct, desire, intuition, and anger — emerge as vital sources of strength, creativity, and connection to the earth. Liminal spaces such as the womb, fertile soil, and interior landscapes function as thresholds where life, death, and rebirth converge, linking the personal to the generative power of Mother Nature.
Painting becomes a practice of attunement and exploration, a way to inhabit and give form to the cyclical, layered, and often contradictory realities of feminine experience, in dialogue with the natural world.
